Ayúdame is a film about the refinement centers in Ecuador that take homosexual men and women and attempt to change who they are.  It's a film where screams go unheard until one woman reaches out to another, appealing to the heart that lies inside of her. The one that is masked. All hope lies in one woman with the power to speak out.
